Event Description

All Registrations are an RSVP, Please bring your payment to the studio.
$15 per class
$60 for 5 class package
$100 for 10 class package

Sigh a breath of relief and relax in this 45 minute restorative yoga class. We'll be holding gentle postures for a couple breaths each to truly sink into our practice and utilize breathing techniques to calm your nerves and relax your whole body.
